Full Moon Over Ojima
One evening, Wenxin and I noticed the brightest full moon we have ever seen and couldn't help but take a million pictures. And of course Wennie took the best picture.

Extremely Traditional Christmas Brunch!

For this Christmas brunch, Louise and I decided to have Vietnamese food. Whilst it's not what you might think of straight away, it was actually really good! Of course we had the traditional Christmas dinner (checkout the Moment... whenever I get around to editing it).

The Mountains of Nikko!

During our honeymoon, Louise and I decided to go to the northern city of Nikko! Here we experienced lots of nature! Something we definitely miss living in the concrete jungle of Tokyo. Expect a video of our three day trip soon

Beneath The Imaginary Waterfall!

One weekend, Louise and I were invited to go to TeamLab with my work friends! TeamLab is an illumination exhibition where each room is something completely different from the last. Poppy could easily spend a few weeks in some of the rooms. This room was fully interactive, simply touching some of the art on the wall would result in an instant reaction. Really cool stuff!

Yumenoshima Tropical Greenhouse!

Our first proper adventure in what feels like 600 million years! On this day we went to couple parks, went to a tropical greenhouse and even walked in the sea! It's about time we treated ourselves to some fun.

Did somebody say SkyTree?

Just after we left the aquarium of the 1st of January we noticed that we were directly beneath SkyTree, at one point the tallest tower in the world. Couldn't help but catch this selfie.

I shall call him Squishy and he shall be my Squishy

On the 1st of January, before our amazing meal near Tokyo Tower, I took Louise to a spectacular aquarium. Luckily on that day they had a special exhibition on Jellyfish. We must have spent close to an hour in the room alone. We were literally mesmerised by the hundreds of Jellyfish. Still a day we'll never forget.

An unforgettable day!

What a day was the 1st of January 2021. After an amazing, adventure filled day, Louise and I went to the fanciest restaurant I have ever been to. We were lucky enough to arrive just before the sun set behind Mt. Fuji. Although soon after Mt. Fuji vanished under the cover of darkness, we were treated with spectral views of Tokyo Tower for the rest of the evening.

Later that night we had a closer look at Tokyo Tower were I proposed to my Wenxin, luckily… she said yes.

I'm officially a salary man!

So, there is it. After 25 years I finally have a job and it's going surprisingly well. The hours could be a little better but all-in-all it's great fun. Everyone is super friendly. The current office is locate next to a few rivers and luckily I had the opportunity to leave just as the sun was setting.

Whitehall 1010!

For Christmas, Mum and Andrew got us a trip to Bletchley Park. A part of the present was afternoon tea in the main building (in the picture). Luckily the passes are seasonal, so me and Louise can go as many times as we like.
