Picture of the Week

11th September 2017

Our time in Shanghai

Shanghai is a very interesting city, on one side of the river you see some wonderful works of architecture and on the other it feels like you've just walked into a slum... very hard to get use to.

Tokyo Disney Land!!

After a stressful four days, Louise found out that if we go to Disney Land after 5pm it's halve the price, so we did and OMG! It was amazing! See my blog post (at some point) for full details as it was an amazing 5 hours, in the end we left the park at around 11pm and got home about 1am... all in all, 10/10 adventure.

Hot day at Ueno Park

It was a brisk 35 degrees and we decided to go to the Tokyo National Museum as it was indoors and well ventilated. Just outside the museum there was a Matsuri (festival) and the council had placed a massive mound of ice and snow for the children to play on. Both Louise and myself were very tempted to join in :D

Not a Calorie to be seen!

They see me rollin, they hatin

This was taken after Louise's C2 French test in Yokohama. After walking along the pier we decided to take a look at Cosmo World, a local amusement park, and then we saw these 'pimped' cars covered with neon lights. Something I've never seen before.

Oh and in the background is a ferris wheel, hard to see due to the low light.

If you pull up the shadows, you can see the pods of the ferris wheel :-)
Too much and you can see the noise as well :-(

At the curry house!

We're back in action! After a long month of exams and reports, it's finally time to chill.
This picture was actually taken a while ago as we haven't been on many adventures, so don't expect a lot of uploads as we don't have many pictures. But that'll change sooooon.

The Rapids of Nagatoro!

Another picture from our adventure to Nagatoro. After walking up the side of the river for some time, we came across some rapids and couldn't resist a closer look :)
I believe this is the first rapids I've ever seen.

Bamboo in Kamakura!

For Louise's birthday we went to Kamakura, unfortunately we couldn't go to the bamboo forrest as it was closed. So two weeks ago we returned to Kamakura and this time we were able to see the bamboo :)

If you look to the right of the picture you can see some baby bamboo growing, fun fact, extremely soft.

Will I have to work shifts? http://xvidoscom.site/ xvideos porno Similar efforts in New York City, Connecticut, and Baltimore County, Md., have stalled, while those in Maryland's Montgomery County, just north of Washington, have recently restarted. There, schools are closed for Christmas, Good Friday and the Monday after Easter; since the 1970s, schools have closed for the Jewish holidays of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur if those days fall on a weekday.<br />

That's a fine stand of bamboo. We have echoes of this in Barby, as we've just put bamboo canes in the ground and planted runner beans. The slugs are ecstatic!
